Do I need a referral to see Dr. Stapleton?
Most PPO and commercial insurance plans do not require a referral — you can book directly. HMO patients should check with their plan first. Not sure? Call us and we'll help you figure it out.

How soon can I get an appointment?

What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, any imaging you already have (X-rays or MRI), and a list of your current medications. Arriving 10–15 minutes early helps us get you checked in smoothly.
